DIVA offers both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.

FREE standard delivery for every order.

Australian Standard Delivery (2-8 business days from dispatch date)

$12 for Express Post Delivery.

Australian Express Post Delivery (1-4 business days from dispatch date)

Return and Exchanges

Can I return sale items?

Refund is only available if the product is faulty. For change of mind on any sale item, $10 standard delivery will be applied for any future order. DIVA are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days, provided they are unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Your refund will be issued through bank transfer by emailing us your details.
