Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Return
Email us at innerdiva.au@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
We will provide instructions and the return address.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
